Protect your natural slate surfaces with StoneCare4U Essential Matt Finish Slate Sealer (5L 3-pack). This high-performance, quick-drying formula provides superior water repellence and long-lasting protection against stains, efflorescence, algae, and green growth. Its attractive matt finish creates a self-cleaning surface, reducing the need for frequent maintenance. Ideal for external natural slate, it's also suitable for porous stones like sandstone and limestone. For best results, ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of debris. Allow a minimum 72-hour drying period before application. Apply two coats "wet on wet" using a low-pressure sprayer, roller, natural fibre brush, or sponge, at temperatures between 13°C and 23°C. Allow 45-60 minutes drying time between coats. Keep the surface dry for at least 6 hours after application, stop treatment immediately if rain is forecast. Note: This finish may alter the colour of some surfaces – test in an inconspicuous area first. Protect unsealed areas with masking material. Avoid use on polished, ceramic, glazed, dense, or non-porous surfaces. Clean with a mild, pH-neutral cleaner. Coverage is up to 15m² per litre per coat (undiluted), varying by surface type. Always wear appropriate safety gear (gloves, eyewear, mask, clothing). This product is sold as a 5L 3-pack.
