Protect your natural sandstone, limestone, and slate surfaces with StoneCare4U Essential Matt Finish Sandstone Sealer (5L). This fast-drying sealer delivers a durable matte finish that powerfully resists stains and provides exceptional water resistance for long-lasting protection. Its unique formula prevents efflorescence and inhibits algae growth, creating a self-cleaning surface that needs less maintenance. The sealer significantly reduces water absorption without blocking pores, minimizing soiling and algae while allowing the stone to breathe. It offers outstanding water repellence and stain resistance. Before application, ensure the surface is completely clean, dry, and has been left for at least 72 hours in dry weather. The ideal application temperature is between 13°C and 23°C. Apply two coats “wet on wet” using a low-pressure sprayer, roller, natural fibre brush, or sponge. Don’t dilute! Allow 45-60 minutes drying time between coats. If rain is forecast, stop treatment immediately and cover treated areas, keep the surface dry for the first 6 hours. Always test in an inconspicuous area first, as the sealer may alter the colour of some surfaces. Protect unsealed areas with masking material. Wear appropriate safety gear, including gloves, eye protection, a face mask, and protective clothing. For maintenance, clean sealed areas with a mild, pH-neutral cleaner or a low-concentration outdoor cleaner. Avoid harsh or abrasive agents.
