Formulated for porous outdoor surfaces like slate, terracotta, York stone, quarry tile, sandstone, limestone, and concrete, it provides superior water repellency and lasting protection. The attractive matt finish helps prevent efflorescence, green growth, and algae, creating a self-cleaning surface that minimizes maintenance. This safe, eco-friendly formula offers excellent water repellency and stain resistance, reducing water absorption without clogging pores. This allows the surface to "breathe" and transfer moisture vapor, significantly reducing organic soiling and growth. For application, first remove loose debris. Wear appropriate safety gear (gloves, eyewear, mask, clothing). Apply only to clean, dry surfaces between 13°C and 23°C using a low-pressure sprayer, roller, natural fibre brush, or sponge. Allow 72 hours of dry weather for complete drying. Note: This sealer may alter the colour of some surfaces, test in an inconspicuous area first. Protect unsealed surfaces with masking material. Not for highly polished ceramic, glazed, dense, or non-porous surfaces.
