Shield your stone from the elements with StoneCare4U Essential Masonry Sealer (25L). This sealant is expertly formulated for outdoor masonry, brick, and porous vertical stone, delivering superior water repellency and protection against efflorescence, algae, and green growth. Its resin-rich composition ensures long-lasting protection with minimal upkeep. Apply directly from the container for convenient, efficient sealing of masonry, blockwork, and brickwork. Prep work is key: remove loose debris. Safety first! Wear gloves, protective eyewear, an FFP3 mask, and appropriate clothing. Maintain an application temperature above 8°C. Always test in an inconspicuous area first to check suitability. For application, ensure the surface is clean and dry. Use a low-pressure sprayer, roller, natural fibre brush, or sponge. Apply the first coat generously for deep penetration. Follow with a second coat before the first dries for complete coverage. Do not dilute. Expect drying within 45-60 minutes. Stop application immediately if rain threatens and cover treated areas. Keep the surface dry for the first 6 hours. Note: the sealer may subtly enhance the stone's natural colour—hence the importance of that test application. Protect unsealed areas with masking material.
