For best results, apply neat or diluted 1:1 with water (test a small area first to determine ideal dilution and dwell time). Pre-clean loose debris, wear safety gear (gloves, eyewear, mask, protective clothing). Apply using a pump sprayer, watering can, or directly from the container. Keep the surface wet for at least one hour (mist with water if needed), and agitate stubborn stains with a brush. After a two-hour dwell time (extend to four hours or overnight for extreme soiling), rinse thoroughly with water, then power wash for a pristine finish. Avoid contact with vegetation, rinse immediately if contact occurs. May slightly lighten some surfaces—test in an inconspicuous area first.
