Transform your tired decking with StoneCare4U Essential Deck Cleaner. This powerful cleaner is perfect for bringing wooden decking back to life, tackling years of ingrained dirt and grime. It also works wonders on artificial decking and garden furniture.
Simply apply, leave for at least two hours (longer for stubborn stains – up to four hours or even overnight!), and power wash off. This alkaline-based formula, unlike harsh acid cleaners, is kind to wood. It',ll shift slippery algae, lichen, and black spots with ease, even on neglected decking.
Before you begin, clear away any loose debris. Safety first! Wear gloves, eye protection, a face mask, and suitable clothing. Use neat or dilute 1:1 with water – always test a small area first to find the best dilution and dwell time. Apply using a pump sprayer, watering can, or directly from the container. Keep the surface wet during the dwell time, mist with water if needed. For tough stains, a bit of scrubbing with a brush might be necessary.
After the dwell time, rinse thoroughly with clean water to neutralise the cleaner before power washing for a sparkling finish. Be mindful of plants – avoid washing cleaner onto lawns and grass, rinsing thoroughly if contact is unavoidable.
This cleaner contains a chlorine-type agent, so avoid contact with fabrics and tarmac. It may slightly lighten some surfaces, so always test in an inconspicuous spot beforehand.
Coverage is up to 50m² per 5L (1:1 dilution). Actual coverage depends on the level of soiling. This product comes in a 5L container.
