Providing long-lasting protection with minimal maintenance, this ready-to-use sealer is easy to apply directly from the bottle, quickly penetrating porous concrete. The technical, synthetic resin emulsion significantly reduces water absorption without blocking pores or capillaries, minimizing organic soiling while allowing moisture vapor transfer. For best results, ensure the surface is clean and dry before application. Apply two "wet-on-wet" coats using a low-pressure sprayer, roller, natural fibre brush, or sponge. The ideal application temperature is between 12°C and 23°C. Allow 45-60 minutes for surface drying. Protect freshly treated areas from rain for the first six hours. Always test in an inconspicuous area first to check for any changes in appearance. Mask areas not requiring treatment. Clean sealed areas with a mild, pH-neutral cleaner, avoid harsh chemicals.
