Banish cracks and stains with StoneCare4U Essential Concrete Sealer. This synthetic resin-based sealer protects concrete surfaces, offering excellent water repellency and reducing efflorescence, algae, and green growth on exterior applications. It provides long-lasting protection with minimal maintenance. Apply this ready-to-use sealer directly from the bottle to porous concrete for quick sealing. This emulsion significantly reduces water absorption without clogging pores or capillaries, minimizing organic soiling while allowing moisture vapor transfer. Before you begin, clear away loose debris and don your safety gear: gloves, eye protection, mask, and suitable clothing. Test in an inconspicuous area first to check suitability. The surface must be clean and dry. Apply using a low-pressure sprayer, roller, natural fibre brush, or sponge. The ideal application temperature is 12-23°C. Two "wet-on-wet" coats are needed for complete saturation, don't dilute. Allow 45-60 minutes for surface drying. If rain threatens, stop and cover treated areas, keep the surface dry for six hours post-application. Note: The sealer might alter the appearance of some surfaces—always test first. Protect unsealed areas with masking material. Clean sealed areas with a mild, pH-neutral cleaner or a very mild concentration outdoor cleaner, avoid harsh or abrasive agents. Coverage is 4-10m² per litre per coat, depending on surface porosity. Check for repellent effectiveness after application. Comes in a 5L pack of two.
