Protect your concrete surfaces for years to come with StoneCare4U Essential Concrete Sealer. This expertly formulated sealer, utilizing advanced synthetic resins, delivers superior water repellency and long-lasting protection. Ideal for exterior use, it effectively reduces efflorescence, algae, and green growth, minimizing maintenance needs. This ready-to-use solution penetrates porous concrete, significantly reducing water absorption without blocking pores or capillaries, while also inhibiting organic staining. The sealer allows the concrete to "breathe," facilitating moisture vapor transfer. For optimal results, ensure the surface is clean and dry before application. Apply two "wet-on-wet" coats using a low-pressure sprayer, roller, natural fibre brush, or sponge between 12°C and 23°C. Allow 45-60 minutes for surface drying. In case of rain, immediately cover treated areas and ensure they remain dry for six hours. A test application in an inconspicuous area is recommended before full application to assess suitability and potential changes in appearance. Protect unsealed surfaces with masking material. Clean sealed areas with a mild, pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners. Coverage is 4 to 10m² per litre per coat, depending on surface porosity. Available in a 25L size. Always wear appropriate safety gear, including gloves, eye protection, a face mask, and protective clothing.
