Its unique formula alters its chemical structure to create a water-repellent surface, inhibiting moss, algae, and lichen growth.
Before you begin, ensure your roof is clean and dry. Apply using a handheld sprayer or brush, working to saturation. After 20-30 minutes, add a light second coat while the first is still wet. For best results, apply on a day when temperatures are above 10°C and rain isn't forecast.
SmartSeal boasts a touch dry time of just 2-3 hours, with maximum water resistance achieved within 24 hours. This fast-acting sealer provides reliable protection against water damage and keeps your roof looking its best. This product comes in a pack of two 5L containers.
