Before you begin, ensure your roof is clean and dry. Apply SmartSeal using a handheld sprayer or brush, working until the surface is saturated. For best results, apply a light second coat while the first is still wet (within 20-30 minutes). Avoid application if rain is expected or temperatures are below 10°C.
SmartSeal boasts a touch-dry time of just 2-3 hours, allowing for quick project completion. Full water resistance is achieved within 24 hours, providing reliable protection against water damage and unsightly organic growth. This 25L pack covers up to 125m² of concrete tiles or 200-250m² of clay and slate tiles.
