This versatile, fibre-reinforced elastomeric coating provides a tough, durable waterproof finish for rapid roof repairs. Ideal for DIYers and professionals, it',s suitable for flat roofs, gutters, lead flashing, metal, slate, asbestos, concrete, asphalt, and roofing felt. Apply directly from the tin to most roofing materials, however, avoid use on EPDM (solvents may damage the substrate) and fresh bitumen or tar-based surfaces. Always test in an inconspicuous area first. For optimal adhesion, ensure the surface is clean and dry, pre-treating any mould, lichen, moss, or algae with Green Clear or Green Clear Pro. While application to damp surfaces is possible, remove pooled water before application.
