Apply directly from the tin to flat roofs, gutters, lead flashing, metal, slate, asbestos, concrete, asphalt, and roofing felt. For optimal results, surfaces should be clean and dry, pre-treat mould, lichen, moss, or algae with Green Clear or Green Clear Pro. While application to damp surfaces is possible (remove pooled water first), avoid use on EPDM (solvents may damage), and fresh bitumen or tar. Always test in an inconspicuous area before full application.
