The SIP SUB 3040 submersible pump swiftly drains clean water from cellars, basements, tanks, or even hot tubs. Ideal for preventing water damage, it's also perfect for various garden tasks. This pump is designed for intermittent use, suitable for domestic or light commercial applications and not intended for permanent installation. Its powerful 400W (0.5HP) brushless induction motor delivers a maximum flow rate of 9000 litres per hour. A built-in float switch, activated at a 360mm depth, prevents the pump from running dry. Water is discharged to a maximum height of 6 metres via the pump outlet. It handles particles up to 3mm in diameter. Lightweight and compact, it features a carry handle and a 9-metre power cable for convenient use and added safety with a power cable hook. The pump boasts a high-grade carbon steel pump shaft for extended lifespan and includes SIP's 2-year standard silver warranty. Maximum operating depth is 7 metres.
