The SIP Chargestar D40 is a robust, portable digital charger for all your 12V and 24V lead-acid battery needs. Its intelligent microprocessor manages an 8-step automatic charging cycle, making charging quicker, simpler, and safer. Perfect for automotive and workshop use, this versatile charger handles wet, MF, EFB, AGM, and CaCa batteries up to 550Ah (12V) and 300Ah (24V). Maintaining optimal battery health is key, and the Chargestar D40's smart charging cycle diagnoses battery condition and voltage before charging, automatically stopping when full. A low-voltage cutoff (below 3V) prevents attempts to charge unrecoverable batteries. For 12V vehicles, an alternator check mode assesses alternator performance. Need a quick boost? The 5-minute, 40A fast charge function gets you back on the road. The package includes two 2m leads with clip clamps, and the LCD screen and soft-touch controls make operation a breeze. Its lightweight design and carry handle ensure easy portability.
