All necessary fixings, mineral roof felt, and assembly instructions are included. Pre-treated with a dip-treated base coat preservative, it's ready for your personal touch with a top coat of paint or stain upon installation. Please note a level, solid base (not grass, soil, or gravel) is required for assembly, and allow for roof overhang and access during installation and painting.
