Constructed from high-grade FSC-certified 12mm pine shiplap boards over robust 44mm x 44mm framing, this summerhouse boasts exceptional quality. The 12mm tongue and groove (T&G) timber floor and roof are completed with mineral roof felt. Joinery-made windows and doors are designed for storm resistance and offer adaptable layouts to suit your needs. A dip-treated base coat preservative is applied, allowing for immediate top coating with your preferred paint or stain after installation. Simple self-assembly is possible with two or three people, following the provided instructions. A flat, level base of sufficient size is required, assembly on grass, soil, or gravel is not recommended. Note that imperial dimensions are approximate, please refer to the metric dimensions for precise measurements. Remember to account for roof overhang and access during installation and painting.
