Crafted from high-grade FSC-certified 12mm pine shiplap boards over a sturdy 44mm x 44mm frame, this garden room offers exceptional quality. The 12mm tongue and groove (T&G) timber floor and roof are completed with mineral roof felt. Joinery-made windows and doors, designed for storm resistance, offer adaptable layouts to suit your space. A dip-treated base coat preservative is applied, allowing for immediate top coating with your preferred paint or stain after installation. Easy self-assembly is possible with two to three people, following the provided instructions. Note that a flat, level base of sufficient size is required, assembly on grass, soil, or gravel is not recommended. Imperial dimensions are approximate, please refer to the metric dimensions for precise measurements. Remember to account for roof overhang and access for installation and painting.
