Crafted from high-grade FSC-certified 12mm pine shiplap boards over robust 44mm x 44mm framing, this 16 x 6ft summerhouse boasts a durable construction. The 12mm tongue and groove (T&G) timber floor and roof, complete with mineral roof felt, ensure lasting quality. Joinery-made windows and doors, featuring a storm-resistant design and toughened glass for safety, allow for adaptable layouts to suit your space. Pre-treated with a dip-treated base coat preservative, you can immediately apply your chosen paint or stain upon installation. This summerhouse is designed for self-assembly (two to three people recommended) and requires a flat, level base of sufficient size, assembly on grass, soil, or gravel is not recommended. Please note that imperial dimensions are approximate, refer to the provided metric dimensions for accuracy. Allow extra space for roof overhang and access during installation and painting.
