Its contemporary design features lockable double doors for easy access and incorporates toughened glass for safety. Crafted from high-grade FSC-certified 12mm pine shiplap boards over a robust 44mm x 44mm frame, this garden room offers exceptional quality. The 12mm tongue and groove (T&G) timber floor and roof are completed with mineral roof felt. Joinery-made windows and doors, built with a storm-resistant design, allow for flexible layouts to suit your space. Pre-treated with a dip-treated base coat preservative, you can immediately apply your chosen paint or stain after installation. Assembly is straightforward, ideally with two to three people, using the provided instructions. Please note that a flat, level base of sufficient size is required, assembly on grass, soil, or gravel is not recommended. Imperial dimensions are approximate, please refer to the metric dimensions for precise measurements. Remember to allow for roof overhang and access during installation and painting.
