Create a magical garden kingdom with this Shire Hatters Playhouse—a two-story miniature mansion that will be the envy of all the neighbourhood children! This little wonder features a charming staircase leading to the upper floor, styrene-glazed windows for safety, and a cleverly designed door with a full-length piano hinge to prevent little fingers from getting trapped. Built from high-grade, slow-grown, FSC-approved northern European pine, its tongue and groove (T&G) shiplap timber floor and roof are protected by durable green mineral felt. Fully CE certified and compliant with BS EN71 safety standards, it's ready for years of imaginative play. A dip-treated base coat preservative is already applied, allowing you to add your own personal touch with paint or stain immediately after assembly. This playhouse is designed for self-assembly (with the help of a friend or two!), using the included instructions. Please note: a flat, level base is required, assembly on grass, soil, or gravel is not recommended. All fixings and roof felt are included.
