Create lasting memories in the Shire 8 x 18ft Delmora Summerhouse with Verandah. This beautiful garden addition boasts a glazed front for abundant natural light and double doors providing easy access. The high-quality joinery windows and doors feature a storm-resistant design and interchangeable side panels for versatile placement (see plan drawing for window configuration). Constructed from premium 12mm pine shiplap boards over robust 34mm x 34mm framing, it features a 12mm tongue and groove (T&G) timber floor and roof, complete with mineral roof felt. A dip-treated base coat preservative is applied, allowing for immediate top coating with your chosen paint or stain after installation. Simple self-assembly is possible with two to three people, using the provided instructions. A flat, level base of sufficient size is required, assembly on grass, soil, or gravel is not recommended. (Imperial dimensions are approximate, please refer to the metric dimensions provided.) Allow extra space for roof overhang and access during installation and painting.
