The Shire Avesbury 8 x 8ft Pressure Treated Wooden Log Cabin boasts fully framed single doors and a joinery-quality opening window. Its tongue and groove roof and floor sit on pressure-treated bearers, and the door and window positions are interchangeable. The door includes a pad bolt and a full-length piano-style hinge. Walls are constructed from interlocking 19mm thick timbers—50% thicker than typical garden buildings—while the roof and floor are 12mm thick. Supplied untreated, it's ready for painting or staining after assembly. Internal (floor) dimensions are critical, building dimensions are to the board edges. The internal eaves height is a spacious 1825mm (6 inches). Note: This cabin is supplied as individual log boards, assembled length by length from the floor, not pre-made panels. Manufactured in the UK using high-grade, FSC-approved Northern European Pine. Assembly instructions and mineral roof felt are included. A delivery date can be selected post-order, with live tracking provided on delivery day. A flat, level base of sufficient size is required (grass, soil, or gravel are unsuitable).
