The summerhouse is dip-treated with a honey-brown base coat preservative, ready for you to apply your preferred top coat of paint or stain immediately after installation. Assembly instructions are included for straightforward construction.
A flat and level base of adequate size is essential for installation; grass, soil, or gravel are unsuitable due to potential shifting under the structure's weight. Following your order, you will receive a link to select your preferred delivery date, and live tracking information will be provided on the morning of your delivery. Please allow for roof overhang and ensure sufficient access for painting and installation. Note that imperial dimensions are approximate to the nearest foot; refer to the provided metric dimensions for precise measurements.
