Always remove pets before application and reintroduce them only after the area is completely dry. For deodourising, dilute one part cleaner to 100 parts water, for disinfecting, use a 1:20 ratio. Apply by mopping, spraying, or wiping, then rinse thoroughly. Available in a 10L container.
