Included is 'Bertie', a British-made, high-quality Christmas tree stand new for 2022. Thoughtfully designed with pull-out stabilising feet, Bertie offers versatility for various tree sizes. Three robust plastic thumb screws firmly secure the tree, accommodating all popular sizes from 4ft to 9ft (1.2m to 2.7m) with trunk diameters up to 15cm (6"). Fully recyclable and boasting a 4.5lt water capacity, Bertie helps minimise needle drop, while adjustable legs and screws provide additional support and stability.
Grown in the UK on dedicated Christmas Tree Farms, each cut tree has been carefully nurtured for 12-14 years, undergoing pruning, shaping, and protection from pests. The glossy, rich green foliage and tiered branches are perfect for showcasing your treasured baubles. Its soft, family-friendly needles make decorating a joyous occasion for all.
Care advice: We recommend wearing garden gloves and long sleeves when handling your tree, as needles may cause mild skin irritation. Your tree should arrive with clean, green foliage, a conical shape, a straight leader, and free from weeds and debris. Needle drop is natural, but Nordmann Firs are known for their excellent needle retention. Upon delivery, check the tree's quality. Avoid putting your tree close to direct heat sources such as radiators, log burners or open fires, and water it regularly, treating it like a cut flower.
When choosing your tree, consider the space it will occupy, including both height and width. A Nordmann Fir can reach 1-1.5 metres in width at the base once unfurled. Trimming is possible if needed.

Live trees are exempt from Distance Selling regulations as a living product. For concerns about missing, faulty, or damaged trees, contact us via email with order details, a description, and a photograph of the issue. Disposal is required for problematic trees, as collection is unavailable. All live trees are exempt from our standard returns policy.
