- Enhanced fire protection for partitions
- Ideal for fire-rated walls and ceilings
- Helps to slow flame spread and support fire-resistant construction
Experience seamless construction with this Knauf Drywall 12.5mm Tapered Edge Fire Panel Plasterboard 2400 x 1200mm 4 Pack, perfect for ceilings, partitions, and wall linings. The size of this board aligns perfectly with typical stud spacing, maximising coverage while maintaining structural integrity. Its tapered edge profile creates a shallow recess at board joints, specifically designed for tape and jointing compound application. Once filled and finished, the surface transforms into a seamless backdrop, ready for direct decoration. The standard dimensions effectively minimise the number of joints needed across walls and ceilings, enhancing installation efficiency while delivering consistent performance in partition and lining systems. At a thickness of 12.5mm, this board meets industry standards, providing reliable strength and stability while helping to slow flame spread and support fire-resistant construction.
