Each lightweight board features a durable glass-tissue facing on both sides, ensuring compatibility with concrete slabs, screeded floors and suspended timber systems while supporting domestic and commercial floor loads with a compressive strength of 120kPa. Installation is simple in both new-build and refurbishment projects, with the 50mm thickness meeting standard insulation targets and the material produced using a zero-ODP, low-GWP blowing agent for a non-deleterious solution. The fibre-free phenolic core achieves a low thermal conductivity of 0.018 W/mK, supporting strong energy retention in concrete slabs, screeded floors, and suspended timber systems.
