Suitable for use in plasterboard thicknesses ranging from 9.5mm to 15mm, GRIPIT fixings are simple to install. Just mark your spot, drill the appropriate-sized hole with a flat drill bit, and gently tap the GRIPIT into place. Insert the included component using a screwdriver, and a simple twist deploys the GRIPIT wings behind the board – job done. These Yellow GRIPIT fixings are supplied complete with 4mm screws.
GRIPIT fixings are also reusable; simply turn the wing screws to retract and remove them. For situations involving double-thickness plasterboard or dot and dab adhesive, the optional GRIPIT Undercutting Tool can create the necessary recess for the wings to rotate freely.
