For engine cleaning, apply liberally, let it penetrate for two minutes, then scrub with a stiff brush. For tar spots, use a soft cloth soaked in the cleaner. When cleaning paintbrushes, work the solution thoroughly into the bristles. Repeat the process for particularly stubborn grime. Finally, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
