The amount of electricity that Christmas lights use will depend on the type of lights, their wattage, and how long they are on. All of our Christmas lights are LEDs which use very little energy, typically ranging from 4-10 watts per strand.
Untangling Christmas lights can be a frustrating task, but here are some tips to help you: 


1. Find a large, flat surface to work on. 


2. Carefully lay out the lights in a straight line, gently untwisting any major tangles as you go. 


3. Starting from one end, slowly separate the lights, working through any smaller knots or tangles with your fingers or a small tool until the lights are free and untangled.

The number of Christmas lights you need will depend on what you want to decorate. A mid-size Christmas tree is likely to need 350-1000 lights depending on if you want a compact or more spread out aesthetic.
