Callow Rustico Brick Oven

The Rústico brick oven, crafted in Portugal using traditional methods, is a substantial addition to any outdoor kitchen. Its 110cm x 110cm exterior dimensions house a spacious 90cm x 75cm cooking area, perfect for baking pizzas in about a minute or slow-cooking other dishes. The oven's exceptional insulation—refractory brick, rock wool, and a brick finish—allows it to reach and maintain temperatures between 350°C and 400°C, ideal for tandoor-style cooking as well. A two-part, 39cm x 28cm aluminium door with a glass viewing window and air inlet, combined with a stainless steel chimney, provides precise temperature control. The extendable flue adds further versatility. A built-in thermometer monitors the temperature, and a rotisserie spit hole (with internal spigots) offers additional cooking options. The oven weighs 800kg and requires a minimum 110cm square base.
