Plastic rope is a great, multi-purpose rope that will have you covered for plenty of jobs. Great for outdoor use and a sturdy bit of equipment to have in your toolbox, plastic rope is great to have on hand.
Braided polypropylene rope is strong, durable and resists both fraying and abrasion, so it’s gentle on hands as well as powerful. It floats and knots well, ideal for nautical use – which is why it’s in frequent use by fishermen as well as casual sailors. It’s chemical, rot and mildew resistant as well, making it a rope you can rely on for mooring and towing, gardening and building alike.
Homebase holds a wide range of ropes of different lengths as well as heavy duty rope and washing line rope – all with the hard-wearing properties you expect from PVC rope, but at a great value price. Check out our range and pick up the plastic rope for you.
