The iRadar-Active Safety Ultrasonic Sensor feature is one of the most advanced in robotic mowing and allows the machine to move safely around your garden while avoiding obstacles and not bumping into them. The Compact 280R is powered with a 20V 2Ah Lithium-Ion Samsung battery and a brushless motor which provides a highly efficient 60 minute run time.

Once the perimeter lines are in place, select the mowing hours and the robot will begin mowing. The adjustable rain sensor feature will automatically send the mower back to its charging base in the event of rain, if the switch is on. Also returning to its charging dock when the battery is running low, it will recharge itself before continuing to mow. The built-in lift, obstacle and turnover sensors give security and peace of mind, while allowing the robot to easily manoeuvre around your garden. It can also tackle inclines of up to 30%. It's mulching feature feeds the tiny grass clippings back to your lawn, returning nitrogen and other essential nutrients into the soil, resulting in healthier, nourished grass. The Yard Force Compact 280R is supplied with a charging station, boundary wires, pegs, spare blades and connectors.
