This dessert and culinary plum, produces very heavy crops of large, heart-shaped, pale blue plums. The flesh is yellow-green, sweet and very juicy. The fruits can be eaten straight from the tree or used in desserts. They are superb for jams, stewing, pies, crumbles and sauces.
This fruit tree flowers in spring with white blooms, while fruits ripen from August to September.
