Product Information
The Unibond triple protection anti-mould wall tile grout contains a revolutionary triple protect system that repels, kills and prevents mould. The slow release fungicide lasts more than 50% longer than standard fungicides, so tiles last longer. This grout is cement based for joints up to 6mm wide and can be used for cermaic, porcelain, natural stone and mosaic tiles. It's great for use in rooms such as bathrooms and kitchens, due to the waterproof formula. Grouts up to 2.5m2 based on 2mm joint, but this will vary depending on the joint depth and size of tiles
Preperation: The adhesive msut be fully dry before grouting task. Also must be clean, dre and free from dust
Mixing: Add about 3.5 parts powder to one part of water. Mix to produce a smooth, stiff paste. Mix enough paste for 30 minutes application only. Discard any grout not used within this period. Don't add extra water after initial mixing.
Application:
1. Working in small areas at a time, press grout into the joints with a grout float
2. Ensure that the joints are completley filled with grout
3. Smooth off the joint lines
4. Remove excess grout immediatley with a clean damp sponge
5. Leave for at least 3 hours before polishing with a clean cloth
6. Avoid water contact for 24 hours
