How to Order
Search online or from our Special Order Brochures and in store product displays.
Make your choice & submit your order with the Special Orders desk in store or call your nearest Homebase store.
Once you have placed your order, if home delivery, our suppliers aim to deliver all orders within the stated lead times displayed on product pages. If ordered in-store to store, we will call you when your order is ready for pick up.
No, Special Order products are not included in the Brand Match Guarantee.
Who will deliver my item?
Special Orders are fulfilled directly from the supplier and/or their carriers.
When will my order be delivered?
Our suppliers aim to deliver all orders within the stated lead times displayed on product pages. Bear in mind that if you've ordered a number of items, they could come in separate parcels and deliveries.
*Please note that delivery of certain items to Northern Ireland will be subject to increased lead times from those shown.

Can I return a product, exchange it or get a refund?

Which products are excluded from the Hassle Free Returns policy?
All Special Order items are excluded from our returns policy and will be clearly marked. Please see our Returns policy for full details.
Can I return a home delivery item back to my local Homebase store?
Special Order items cannot be returned under the Hassle Free Returns policy, for these items please contact customer services to request a collection. Please refer to Returns FAQs if you have any other return queries.
