While it is possible to plaster over wallpaper, it is not recommended. If you put plaster on top of wallpaper the plaster is more likely to crack and crumble, leaving walls patchy. So, it is best to strip wallpaper before you begin plastering.
The length of a roll of wallpaper will depend on the brand and type of wallpaper you have purchased. All of our wallpaper designs, including our colourful and patterned wallpaper styles, have dimensions listed on the product page and packaging.
On average, it takes between 24 and 48 hours for wallpaper to dry once it has been applied. However, you can speed up this process by using a dehumidifier in the room that you have wallpapered.
Most wallpaper paste does not have an expiry date. However, if you leave wallpaper paste uncovered it will start to dry out after approximately 48 hours. While wallpaper paste does not expire, older paste, including pre-mixed versions, won't be as strong or sticky as new paste.
