The MasterClass adjustable cheese slicer is ideal for cutting your favourite hard and semi-hard cheeses, exactly the way you want them. Its clever design features an easily adjustable roller: twist it forward to get thinner shavings or little slithers. Or twist it back for bigger wedges or sandwich slices. It takes seconds to adjust. The sharp stainless steel blade makes light work of all kinds of hard and semi-hard cheeses - from crumbly varieties, such as Caerphilly and Parmesan, to firmer types, like Cheddar and Edam. They don't stick either. The cheese cutter has an embossed surface, which stops cheese sticking. This means easy release, and quicker clean-ups.
