Like all of masterclass best-selling, award-winning bakeware, this muffin/cupcake mould is made of warp-resistant, 1mm-thick carbon steel, with rolled edges to prevent water build-up and rust. It's finished with a double layer of the quantum II non-stick coating, sandblasted to the surface of the muffin tray for better adhesion.
Use it to bake savoury muffins, cute, colourful cupcakes or single-portion meat pies. Or repurpose it as a mini yorkshire pudding tray, and put a delicious finishing touch on your Sunday roast. All masterclass muffin trays are ptfe, pfoa and bpa free
