Peel, julienne and zest: with its 3-in-1 design, MasterClass's multi-purpose vegetable peeler makes it really easy to accomplish all of these tasks with just a single tool. Just a simple twist of its revolving roller allows you to cycle through its three blades: a straight peeling blade, julienne peeler, and serrated fruit peeler. This means you can go from peeling fresh produce to turning carrots and zucchini into carb-free pasta, or extract the tangy zest from lemons and limes - without having to switch blade. There's no movement in the blade once you've chosen the one you need either. It stays locked in place until you twist the roller onto the next blade.
