The brad point tip ensures accurate positioning for starting the hole. The bit has been precision ground making it ideal for furniture making, doweling, cabinetry and other woodworking applications where an exact hole size is required. The spur cutting edges help minimise splintering and ensures a smooth clean hole, the wide flutes provide fast and continuous flow of chip removal.
