For more information, you can watch our ‘Van Hire – Getting Started’ video.
BOOK A VAN NOW
If you’re using our van hire service for the first time you can register online here. Once you’ve registered, simply reserve the vehicle you want in store or via the mobile app. Confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you via text message and email.
After registering, you’ll receive a text containing a 6-digit code, enter this into the pin pad on the outside of the van to get in. The key will be stored in either the door pocket, glove box or steering column.
Before you drive away, check the van’s condition and report any previously unrecorded damage. We’ll call you during your hire session if you’ve spotted something new.
Now you’re ready to drive. If you haven’t driven a van before, the video ‘Van Hire – Tips on Driving a Van’ is useful for first time van drivers.
On the screen in the van, simply confirm that you want to end your rental, then ensure that all doors and windows are closed and leave the key where you found it. If the van has been damaged at all complete the accident report and ask for a call back. When you’ve closed the door, enter the pin again and you’re all done.
