How to buy furniture care

You can buy Furniture care at your nearest Homebase store, just ask the cashier at the till to add it to your purchases.

You can take out care up to 45 days from purchasing your product, provided your item has not been damaged. So if you've purchased your product on-line you can still take out Furniture care. Just visit your local store with your order confirmation. A full refund is available if you change your mind within 45 days and used the service. 

What is not included

Some exclusions and restrictions to this care apply. Key ones are:

  • Deliberate damage
  • Commercial or non-domestic use
  • General wear and tear
  • Damage caused by animals (other than bodily fluids), birds or insects
  • Furniture kept or used outdoors
  • Structural defects

If your item is replaced then the policy ends, unless the damaged item is part of a set. In this case, we will repair or replace the individual item and your care will continue. These are just examples only and a full list of exclusions and restrictions can be found in the in-store leaflet.
