The RAPID VTS 21150HPC features a high-efficiency, double-pass heat exchanger with a rapid 3-second purge time, delivering hotter water while optimising fuel consumption. The user-friendly stainless steel control panel features clear warning lights and a safe 24-volt low-tension electrical control system with IP56 protection. Our innovative Digital Protection System (DPS) includes a 30-second delayed auto-stop to reduce wear and tear, a one-hour automatic shut-off for safety, low water and fuel cut-outs to prevent damage, and a water leak detection system.
At the heart of this machine is the proven V-TUF XHDM450 low-revving European pump, boasting a 200-bar rating, heavy-duty crankshaft design, hard-wearing ceramic plungers, and a brass pump head. Lubricated with high-specification V-TUF PRESSURE LUBE (PL500), featuring MSM for minimal friction and wear, its pump lube level is conveniently visible. Pressure regulation is simple via a readily accessible wheel directly on the pump. The RAPID VTS 21150HPC also includes a stainless steel double lance holder, a visible safety pressure valve (compliant with all European regulations), and low-noise operation, up to 10% quieter than competitors.
This complete package includes a durable KTQ 350-bar Optigun lance system with 10m of hose and Opti-spare 10m KWIK-SWIVEL coupling system, along with a chemical injection system featuring a micro-controllable detergent flow regulator. Four large, robust wheels ensure easy manoeuvrability across uneven terrain. Additional features include thermal protection for the low-rev motor, fuel, water, and detergent protection filters, a delayed boiler start-up, a pressure gauge, burner control with flow switch and thermostat, and crane attachment points on the chassis. The large 24-litre fuel tank is easily removable and refillable. A steam stage is available as an optional extra. Delivery takes 10 working days, and each machine undergoes a thorough pre-delivery inspection and testing.
