Bertie is compatible with popular tree sizes from 4ft to 9ft (1.2m to 2.7m), and trunks up to 15cm (6"). It's also 100% recyclable and boasts a 4.5-litre water capacity, helping to minimise needle drop. Adjustable legs and screws offer added support and stability.

Grown in the UK on dedicated commercial Christmas Tree Farms, these cut trees mature for 12-14 years. Each year, they are carefully pruned, shaped, handled, and protected from pests and diseases.
Care advice: Before you handle your tree, we recommend wearing garden gloves and long sleeves, as the needles may cause mild skin irritation. Your tree should arrive with clean, green foliage (free from browning), branches fully covered, a conical shape with a straight leader, and clear of weeds and debris.
Needle drop is a natural occurrence, but the Nordman Fir excels in needle retention. Upon delivery, please check the tree's quality against the general condition described above. Keep your tree away from direct heat sources like radiators, log burners, or open fires, and remember to water it regularly, treating it like a cut flower.
Top tip: Before purchasing, consider where you'll place your tree, ensuring it fits the space. Remember to account for the width, as a Nordman Fir can spread to 1-1.5 metres at the base once de-netted. Trimming is possible if needed.

As Christmas trees are a living product, we appreciate that from time to time you may have a concern about your tree or its delivery. Should you have any concerns, please contact us via email with your order details, a brief description of the issue and a photograph of the issue. Live trees are exempt from Distance Selling regulations as a living product. We can only manage queries for missing, faulty or damaged trees. If there is an issue with the tree you will need to dispose of the tree, as our carrier cannot collect from a domestic location. All of our live trees are exempt from our standard returns policy.
Once an order has been received, we cannot accept cancellations. Our suppliers' farm will pick, pack, and process a tree before we are able to mark the order as dispatched. Therefore if you have a concern on your order, please contact the customer services team.
