Elaeagnus x ebbingei Gilt Edge is a dense evergreen shrub with elliptic to oblong, leathery, decorative, dark olive green leaves with a bright yellow edge. When young these leaves appear completely brown with a powder coat on them, which is really unique. Small, cream-white fragrant flowers bloom in the autumn. This 9L Elaeagnus x ebbingei Gilt Edge bush is great for hedging.
