Installation

Your Installer will arrive at your property usually around 9am but your installer will have confirmed this with you prior to your installation.

Providing your installation is longer than two days your Project Manager will call you mid way through your installation. This is to ensure you are happy with the progress of your project and once again answer any questions you may have.

Your Project Manager will contact you within 7 days of the completion of your project to ensure you are happy with the final finish and advise that you may be contacted by an independent company (MORI Ipsos) to complete a survey.
