Homebase would like to inform our valued customers that its partnership with the Nectar loyalty programme will end on 31st December 2016.
This decision has not been taken lightly, but it is a necessary step as we focus all our time, energy and resources on delivering you always low prices, all year round. Something we believe will be of much greater value to you our customers in the long-term. You will still be able to collect and redeem Nectar points up until 31st December 2016.

How many Nectar points will I collect?

You will continue to collect 2 points for every £1 spent in any Homebase store, online at homebase.co.uk and by telephone (up to a maximum 1000 points per transaction).
Where all conditions are met bonus points will be added to your account within 28 days.

If I forgot to swipe my Nectar card can I still collect my points?

Yes you can. Simply take your receipt and your Nectar card to any UK Homebase store within 14 days of the purchase and your points will be added to your account. This does not apply to transactions made online.

How do I collect and spend Nectar points with Homebase?

You can collect Nectar points now in-store, online at homebase.co.uk and by telephone.

You will continue to collect 2 points for every £1 spent in any Homebase store, online at homebase.co.uk and by telephone (up to a maximum 1000 points per transaction).

To spend your Nectar points you must ensure you've registered your Nectar card either online at nectar.com or through sending the completed registration form back to Nectar.

Once you've done this and you have a minimum of 2,000 Nectar points on your account, you can begin to spend your points in Homebase stores.

Please note: there is a minimum spend of 2,000 points per transaction in Homebase stores and points can not be spent when shopping online at homebase.co.uk or when ordering by telephone.

I don’t have enough points to spend on my purchase

You can top-up any purchase with cash or credit card so long as you have a minimum of 2,000 Nectar points to spend.

When will the partnership with Nectar end?

The Homebase and Nectar partnership will end on 31st December 2016.

Why is Homebase leaving Nectar?

The decision to leave Nectar will allow us to focus all of our time, energy and resources on delivering you always low prices, all year round.

Can I still collect or spend points at Homebase?

Customers can continue collecting and spending Nectar points at Homebase until 31st December 2016. After this date, customers will no longer be able to collect or spend points at Homebase.

Will I lose any Nectar points?

No, Homebase leaving the Nectar scheme will not have any impact on customers’ existing points balances.

I have a Nectar bonus points voucher, can I still use it?

Yes, any Nectar vouchers can still be redeemed at Homebase (within the voucher validity period) until 31st December 2016.

Will Homebase be introducing a new loyalty programme?

No. Our priority now is offering customers always low prices across a wider range of home and garden improvement products.
