Pretty much reflecting what 'Nick' has already said. The installation was nice and easy due to not having any wires to worry about. Ours is setup in an old cottage with 1.8m thick walls in places and the signal strength is still really good!
I really like the 'Home' function as previously mentioned, so that certain areas of the property are protected while we are still inside- for instance the outhouse and doors. This is all customisable using the control panel which is nice and easy to navigate.
I also love the fact you can control the alarm remotely to check it's status etc. and this can be done without the need for a smartphone, as you just need to press numbers on your keypad.
Thoroughly impressed and it gives piece of mind at a really good price. Highly recommended!

If you're looking for an easy-to-install and good value alarm system for your property, you won't go far wrong with this.
Because it's wireless, it's just a case of mounting each of the components where you want them; no wires to run or spoiling of your decor. You can easily set up each of the detectors (PIRs and door contacts) so that any one of them will activate an instant alarm, a delayed alarm (to give you time to disarm the system) or just completely ignore movement. So at night when you're in bed, you could set up the PIRs upstairs to ignore movement (for example: the one on the landing or your bedroom) and the ones downstairs along with the door contacts to activate an instant alarm. So the system can be totally set up to suit your needs.
Another good point is that you can add more devices to the system (door contacts, PIRs, key-fob, second key-pad control unit) very easily as you require them in the future.
The frequency the alarm system uses for its wireless signal is very unlikely to get interfered with by other electronic/wireless gadgets you have in your home, so it's unlikely you'll get false alarms disturbing anyone. And if you're away and the alarm goes off, it'll phone you and let you know. You can then re-arm it with your smartphone.
This system costs less than half the money of one of the well-known security company's systems (probably because you're not paying for someone else to fit it). Overall, I'm very happy with this system and feel alot happier about the security of our house with this installed. The only small gripe I have is that when you arm it at night (when you're in bed), if a burglar comes in the door that you've set up as being the entrance, it doesn't go off immediately but starts counting down. Only after the count down time (which you can change), the alarm will go off. However, there are ways round this by adding an extra PIR (set to activate the alarm immediately) near the entrance door. And anyway, if a burglar got in, heard the countdown and decided to use the count down time to steal yor telly, he'd activate one of the other PIRs to set off an instant alarm on the way. But just having this system installed would probably deter most burglars anyway. Recommended!
